What was the first image that came into your mind after reading my title? Music, a song? Some news that stuck in your brain, something you saw a few times, a debate. Maybe a conversation you had a while back, or politics? No matter what comes, what really matters is what we understand after… talking about it.
How about … reading the truth everywhere, like in the news, social-media.. in lyrics, when you see a tv ad, everywhere you find facts that are true. Roll back, what I'm trying to say?
If the truth is like a dandelion flower, growing on every corner, would you still believe? Would you still believe that a dandelion can protect cells from oxidative stress and aging?
Most of us would think it’s a lie… and here’s the whole point of this newsletter.
