Professionals who acquired significant experience are being pushed aside. Why? Because HR departments are illegally using AI models to pick the "Winner." As the Act is finalized, in the EU you are now allowed to report the illegal use of forbidden or high-risk AI models.

Today we will talk about high-risk AI systems and the regulations put in place in Europe, which have extra-territorial effect, impacting non-EU providers of AI systems or models that are placed into the EU market.
