Success inspired by real-life stories

To reach a higher form of achievement, we need to build the mindset, skills, and experience that can propel us in our careers. Do you believe it's enough for the years of your career to simply pass by, or that those years passed with a purpose?
When your work matters to someone, when you are useful, that's when you find the inspiration you need.

Research shows that if you believe you are taking part in projects, tasks, and actions with an underlying purpose, you are highly likely to develop certain characteristics, such as:

  1. You become more motivated

  2. You are prouder of yourself, and therefore of your work

  3. You are willing to do more than what is asked of you

  4. Increased responsibility for the results of your work

  5. Stress cannot bring you down

Your Retirement Savings Need to Outlast You

Most retirement plans underestimate two things: how long your savings need to last, and how quietly inflation erodes them along the way.

The 15-Minute Retirement Plan helps you close both gaps with practical guidance on longevity risk, purchasing power, and building a financial plan that doesn't run out before you do.

Inspiration: What is your calling in your career?

Well, when we find our meaning in our job, the balance moves toward the idea that anyone can be exceptionally good in a particular field. The truth is that this kind of success looks different from one person to the next one.
Perhaps Lavinia wants to be respected for her expertise at work until she retires, the idea of being a leader or manager doesn't appeal to her. George, on the other hand, comes in to turn everything upside down, saying he wants to be the best in the company, maybe even the CEO. Eliza wants a career that allows her to feel energetic even after those 7–8 hours of work, leaving her time for herself, her family, and her personal life.
Cristian tells us that his job was some kind of calling from the very beginning, his life's purpose is simply to be a therapist, and that motivates him the most.
